The fact you can get arrested for taking your property back is absolutely mind-boggling. Law abiding citizens have been failed by the state.

Um , yah , I know what they are saying . If the property is not occupied by you , it’s free game . There is no defense of property .

I mean we bought this property fair and square and a squatter with no title can take it away from us .
And here’s why . Adverse possession . If they live there long enough , they can claim they own it . But the law does give you cirtain rights . But you have to prove them liars . Include the telephone and electric in the rent . And then show the court .
If the squatters are not paying . It will show on the bill . The electric company won’t like that , but what other choice do you have ?
Note ; if you don’t pay the bill , the electric company will pull the meter .
That's the time when you get a few of your buddies and some aluminum bats, then go re-take your home !!

Do these people know what the definition of a squatter is? Someone moving into a vacant home or unresided home still owned but in the process of being sold or rented whereby someone illegally moves in, isn't a squatter. An abandoned house completely abandoned and someone illegally makes it their home. That's a squatter. Rupert Murdoch ought to education his staff at fox news.
Bolts, bars and bobby traps will deter these squatters.
