Simon, get us up to speed. What is the latest on the ground? Yeah, as you said, a total of 4000 people have been announced dead both on the Turkish and the Syrian side here in Turkey. Almost 3000 people are expected to have lost their lives and 16000 injured.

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said this is the worst disaster Turkey is facing in a century. And it’s the biggest earthquake since 1939 when 33000 people lost their lives. Of course, today it’s a race against time to try and save as many people as possible.

An international rescue teams have apparently reached the region. We know that 45 countries have assists set, have said that they will willing to help. And today, Romania, Switzerland, as a by Sean and Lebanon rescue teams are in the region.

Of course, right now, so many people are on the streets or trapped under the rubble in real wintry conditions. It’s almost 1 degrees Celsius and snow is expected. Of course, millions are also without water, power or heat. So it’s really, really crucial that today we save as many people as possible.

And of course, in the months going forward, the government really needs to deal with the economic fallout of this tragedy as well. Turks for the last year have already been struggling economically with rampant inflation, which surged as high as 85 percent last year. Of course, the Turkish lira last year

Was the second worst performer in emerging market currencies. So not only is this a race against time to save as many people as possible, but we really need to help them economically as well as they are currently, just without homes and without any heating or power.

  1. Rescue pre-sorting. Near buildings are table with (by priorities) upper stages Numeration of Flat-room for quikly noting (then stick transparent scotch agains water snow or transp. spinkler) by speak-someones Number of people suggestively was there, even domestic animals saved can tell about people near. Building has 4 sides so 3 other tables tell there is main table around.

  2. It was caused by greedy government officials who accepted money from construction companies in exchange for signing safety reports so these companies could sell unsafe buildings for people to live in….They have blood on their hands…

  3. ❤Thank you all the countries providing Aid . Turkish people need all the help they can get . It effected 11 million people,7.8 and 7.6 two earthquakes lasting 1.6 min moved the land size of Germany 3.8 meters north , no country can handle this alone . Please help us 😢

  4. It is a phenomenal victory for our fight against climate change… I hope the earth continues to fight back since humans are not taking this seriously!

  5. How hypocritical to try to save people from disaster, but not from what the hell that they have been living all their lives in that country.

  6. And what’s happening a border away from turkey or people are suffering and dying..?

WAR! Of course! Over what? Policies, greed, most importantly, for MORE stuff…

Just lay down our difference, along with our guns…

    -as humanity and

    -Syria and Türkiye!

    -It’s just stuff…

  7. “For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places.”
    ‭‭Matthew‬ ‭24‬:‭7‬ ‭KJV‬‬

  8. How many from Turkey and Syria came to help America after the hurricanes? Floods? Help them the same way they helped America. With NOTHING.

  9. Think of it , a Quake Weapon, before you go berserk look into how many earthquakes are happening at this time , and daily as well🤔 or you have a major pole shift happening 🤔
